plates are the whole of what survives — the room, the rig, and the memories of those who
threw down.
Dates are taken from the cameras and converted from UTC to Pacific. One camera ran 31 days slow; its dates are corrected against the weekly sequence. Where a date
could not be established, it is struck out rather than guessed. Where a plate names more than one person, they are listed left to right.

The Ballot
Briefing 30 was an election. Eight candidates stood, each with printed
signage in the proper colours. The result was never entered into the record.
